I’ve done a tarot spread in the past about Examining Mental Health but I wanted to create another one as I am very passionate about the topic.
For those who don’t know, I work a 9-5 job in the area of mental health and since I began working for this company 5 years ago it really helped to emphasize how crucial our mental health is.
When we’re feeling good it can be easy to forget to stay on top of our mental health. It shouldn’t only be when we’re feeling low that we check-in. We should prioritize our mental health in the same way we do our spiritual, emotional and physical health.
This tarot spread will help you check-in with your mental health & will give tips on how to find support, cope and highlight what you should be paying more attention to.
