I really enjoyed this spread I created so I wanted to share it with you guys.
I’ve recently been drawn to work toward silencing the mind and lessening stress/anxieties. I wanted to create a spread that would allow us to dig deeper into our current mental state.
When we get wrapped up in our thoughts and emotions it can be difficult to see things from an unbiased perspective. I hope that this spread can help you start to step outside of yourself and help you identify what holds you back from being present.
