The moments that feel uncertain are often the ones that define you
I help people navigating transitions.

Career burnout, relationship or identity shifts,
or that quiet restlessness when you can’t name what’s wrong.

In 20 minutes, we’ll uncover what’s no longer
working and the first step toward what’s next.
Walk away with one grounded step towards the life you actually want.

Who I Help
I work with people in moments of change.

-
Career shifts or burnout
-
Relationship or identity transitions
-
Feeling disconnected or uncertain about what’s next
-
Inner restlessness, even when life “looks fine”
Together, we create space to hear yourself again, name what’s true now, and choose a direction you can stand behind.
You’ll leave the first call with one grounded step towards the life you actually want.
What We'll Do Together
This isn’t therapy or pep-talks, it’s a skilled conversation that changes how you see yourself and your options.
In our session(s), we will:

-
Talk about what’s no longer working and why
-
Name the values still at your core
-
Spot the patterns that no longer serve you (and parts that want to lead)
-
Choose a direction you can stand behind
You’ll leave with language for the next conversation and a next-step that you actually want to follow.

About Me
I’m Christian.
For a long time I was the dependable one. The planner, the finisher, the person who kept it all together. On paper, life worked. Quietly, it stopped fitting. First as a nagging tug, then as a truth I could no longer ignore.

I began asking different questions:
Who am I doing this for?
What do I actually want next?
This turning point led me to work that focuses on personal growth and wellness.
At The Emerald Lotus, I now sit with people in their own in-between moments, when the old way isn’t working and the new way isn’t clear.
My style is calm and practical: we slow down, tell the truth about what’s no longer working for you, and listen for what wants to be heard. The aim isn’t a perfect plan; it’s clarity you can trust and the next step you’re willing to take.
